1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 1asiabet ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 1asiabet website located at 1asiabet.app and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," depositing funds, or simply browsing the 1asiabet platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a 1asiabet account terminated for violations of these Terms.

Age Verification Process

1asiabet employs a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents confirming your identity and age. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

If 1asiabet has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 1asiabet services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1asiabet platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 1asiabet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1asiabet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 1asiabet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information associated with your 1asiabet account remains accurate and current at all times. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration process and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 1asiabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by 1asiabet are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 1asiabet platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1asiabet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the 1asiabet platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-style games
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 1asiabet platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 1asiabet platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1asiabet staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any person under 21 years of age

8 Responsible Gaming

1asiabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment — never a way to generate income or escape personal problems. If gambling stops being fun, it's time to take a break.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1asiabet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1asiabet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1asiabet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 1asiabet platform without prior written consent from 1asiabet.

The 1asiabet name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 1asiabet. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1asiabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

1asiabet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 1asiabet's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 1asiabet's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1asiabet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. 1asiabet is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the platform.

11 Account Termination

1asiabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual
• Use of prohibited software or engagement in collusion
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities

Upon account termination for cause, 1asiabet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of Terms has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 1asiabet operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1asiabet platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. 1asiabet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through the above process.

13 Amendments to These Terms

1asiabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the 1asiabet platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 1asiabet platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
